Core Facilities in CCF
CCF brings together world-class infrastructures that provide researchers with advanced technologies and expertise across health and medical sciences. The center currently includes three core facilities.
Animal Core Facility (ACF)
The UCPH Animal Core Facility (ACF) is responsible for the provision and care of laboratory animals at the University of Copenhagen and University Hospitals. ACF was previously known as Department of Experimental Medicine (AEM).
Animal Core Facility
Proteomics Research Infrastructure (PRI)
Proteomics Research Infrastructure (PRI) is a state-of-the-art mass spectrometry a state-of-the-art mass spectrometry (MS) based facility offering consultation, automated sample preparation, advanced instrumentation, and expert data analysis.
Core Facility for Integrated BioImaging (CFIB)
CFIB is a core facility specialised in bioimaging, uniting the former Core Facility for Integrated Microscopy (CFIM) and Panum Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Core Facility (NMR). It offers open access to pre-clinical, light and electron microscopy, and image analysis services to enable studies at all scales, from structural biology to whole organisms.
